The MCD12Q1 land cover dataset contains 11 main land cover types, including 7 natural vegetation types, 3 land development and mosaic land types, and 1 non vegetation land type according to the International Geosphere Biosphere Program (IGBP). IGBP's global vegetation classification scheme has the most diverse data types, so the data from the first dataset classification scheme (LC_Type1) is used. The data type is an 8-bit unsigned integer, with a valid value range of 1-17255 as a fill in value.
The spatial resolution of this dataset is 500 meters, and the temporal resolution is years.

This dataset is MCD12Q1 data, involving segmented image grids of h25v04, h25v05, and h26v05.
Using MRT tools and Python language code, perform batch splicing, projection transformation, cropping, and other processing to generate land use type data for MCD12Q1 in Gansu Province from 2001 to 2021.
The data quality is good.
