Proba (project for on board autonomy) small satellite is the smallest earth observation satellite launched by ESA in 2001. Chris (compact high resolution imaging spectrometer) is the main imaging spectral spectrometer mounted on proba platform, with five imaging modes, With its excellent spectral spatial resolution and multi angle advantages, it can image land, ocean and inland water respectively for different research purposes. It is the only spaceborne sensor in the world that can obtain hyperspectral and multi angle data at the same time. It has high spatial resolution, wide spectral range and can collect rich information in biophysics, biochemistry and so on.
In 2012, 7 scenes of proba Chris data were obtained. The coverage and acquisition time (Beijing time) are: 2 scenes in Dayekou observation area on August 28, 2012 and August 28, 2012 respectively; 1 scene in the Gobi observation area of the airport on June 29, 2012; There are 3 scenes in the dense observation area of Daman on June 21, 2012, July 10, 2012 and August 27, 2012 respectively; There is one scene in the downstream Ejina intensive observation area on April 23, 2012.
The transit time of the above data is about 9:00 (Beijing time). The product grade is L1A without atmospheric correction and geometric correction. Each image has different observations from 5 angles.
The proba Chris remote sensing data set of the joint experiment on comprehensive remote sensing observation of ecological and hydrological processes in the Heihe River Basin is obtained through the phase II project (ID: 5322) and phase III Project (ID: 10649) of the China EU cooperation "dragon plan" (see the data use statement for details)
