Datasets description

Tianshan No.1 Glacier belongs to the Double Branch Ice Dou Valley Glacier, with a length of 2.2 kilometers, an average width of 500 meters, an area of 1.828 square kilometers, a maximum thickness of 140 meters, a highest point elevation of 4476 meters, an average annual movement speed of about 5 meters, an elevation of 3734 meters at the end of the ice tongue, an average height of 4055 meters at the snow line, facing northeast, and a "S" shaped mainstream. Daily precipitation data obtained from automatic meteorological stations at hydrological points from 2003 to 2004. This dataset can extract meteorological information of glaciers, study material balance of glaciers, etc
